The behavior tracker teachers actually use.

OnTrack started not with a market analysis — but with watching a great teacher struggle with the administrative side of discipline. We built the tool she needed, then made it available to every classroom.

Why OnTrack exists.

OnTrack started with one teacher's real problem. Our founder's wife was an excellent teacher — her classroom management was stellar. But even the most skilled teachers run into the administrative side of discipline: tracking which students were assigned detentions, whether they showed up, and building the documented record that parents and administrators need to see.

He built OnTrack for her. It launched as a pilot at the K–8 school she taught at, and the results were clear: when the tool is fast enough to actually use between periods, teachers use it. And when teachers use it consistently, everyone benefits — students get fair and consistent consequences, parents get real data instead of "trust me," and administrators can support their staff rather than make decisions on gut feel.

That's what OnTrack is built for. Not compliance. Not procurement checklists. Real teachers, real classrooms, real outcomes.

Our values.

🍎

Teacher-first design

We build for the person logging behavior at 8:47 AM between periods, not for the person writing the procurement brief.

📈

Data with purpose

Behavior data should help students, not just fill compliance requirements. We build tools that close the loop between logging and action.

🔐

Accessible by default

The schools that need behavior data most are often the ones with the smallest budgets. Pricing and onboarding reflect that.

The people building it.

Matt Stewart

CEO & Founder

Matt didn't come from edtech — he came from watching his wife, a gifted classroom teacher, struggle with the administrative side of discipline. Tracking who owed detentions, documenting patterns for skeptical parents, building a consistent record across the school day. He built OnTrack to solve that problem. After a successful pilot at the K–8 school where she taught, he decided to make it available to every teacher dealing with the same frustrations. (Photo coming soon.)
