Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnTrack Schools platform. By using OnTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Permitted Use

OnTrack is designed for use by K-12 educators, school administrators, and district staff for lawful educational purposes. You may use OnTrack to:

• Track and analyze student behavior patterns within your school or classroom
• Generate reports for parent conferences, staff meetings, and administrative review
• Share appropriate data with authorized colleagues and administrators

You may not use OnTrack for any purpose that violates applicable law, including FERPA, COPPA, or state student privacy laws.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@ontrackschools.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

School and Student Data

Your school retains ownership of all student data entered into OnTrack. We process that data on your behalf as a service provider. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter student data into OnTrack and that doing so complies with your school's or district's policies and applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Do not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Do not use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may temporarily affect access. We will provide reasonable advance notice for planned maintenance.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may export your data prior to termination. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure unless legally required to retain it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnTrack Schools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
