Do I need IT involvement to get started?

Is student data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-controlled, and we never sell or share student data with third parties. OnTrack is FERPA-compliant.

Can I export data to share with parents or counselors?

Yes. You can export any student's behavior record as a PDF or CSV at any time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything before you leave. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation and then delete it permanently.

Do you offer discounts for Title I schools?
